If you view the image at full size, you can make out the text. It certainly appears to be Italian, not English.

Default Do we get the IMAX scenes?

I’ve read a few pages back not so sure it’s been discussed, watched in IMAX and there’re lots of gorgeous IMAX expanded scenes, loved them... if this’d be Disney release then I’d say we’ll be getting the IMAX scenes in 3D for sure but since this is Sony, do we still have our chance?

I think it'd be Sony's first Imax 3D release.

We didn't get the Imax scenes on disc though, which is what I think they were getting at. Same with Jumanji 2.

He means Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle rather than the new Jumanji out later this year which technically qualifies as jumanji 3. Although I agree in that it seems unlikely that we'll get the next Jumanji on 3D blu ray.

I saw Venom in a 1.43 IMAX laser theater, no expanded footage of any kind. Conversely Ghostbusters wasn’t an IMAX exclusive but I believe used for all 3D presentations, I saw it in Real D and it had the pop out of the bars as well as the expanded sequence near the end.

Where is the best place to order the Australian 3d version if I'm in America? I'm trying to decide between that or the 3d steelbook version Rahul is selling. (Where are the discs Rahul sells typically from?)

edit:
actually looks like Rahul's ebay page no longer has a 3d steelbook version. Guess I'll just have to figure out the best place to get the Aussie version then.

JBHIFI and Sanity are the two common sites to order
JB often has exclusives, most of the time a better price by release date, but you have to contact them after then fact to remove their GST, and shipping is generally slower (14-17 days)

Sanity -- removes GDT during checkout, shipping is often around 1 week. shipping for 3 or sometime 4 items is the same $10AUD as a single disc unlike JB which is often 8.50 ea unique item, and often have promo codes 10-15% off $50/75/100 purchases if you are looking at a slightly bigger order.

Rahul is nearly 100% India. I'm shocked that none of the Far From Home 3D are coming up on Ebay from any seller right now. For Oct/Nov releases it could be a little early though

Pretty sure eBay removed all pre-order listings of Far From Home 3D and Hobbs & Shaw 3D because the release dates are more than 30 days away.

Will probably be the Target US exclusive. That artwork is also being used for 1 of the 3 EU Steelbook variants.

I just received a notification from eBay that Rahul shipped the 4K + 3D set I ordered several weeks ago. I even have a tracking number. But this seems WAY too early to me. All indications are that this will be released in October in most countries.

Also, all of Rahul's eBay listings have disappeared yet again. Not just for this movie, but for everything he sells.

Will be interesting to see if there is any movement on the tracking number.

It’s eBay policy to ship pre orders within 30 days, I also replied about this on the import 3D topic.

Weird if he shipped it since I'm 99% it doesn't exist yet. Strange that he preprinted all his shipping labels though if Ebay pulled the listed it's possible he had to in order to keep the current orders active

Not so weird to have teh preorders up. If Ebay really has clamped down on Preorders more than 30 days in the future that would explain the current missing items AND maybe Rahul's past history of rolling release dates. I always wondered if that was why he initially listed item shipping well ahead of the actual scheduled release date. Maybe he knew the rule, but Ebay never enforced it like a like of other rules that sort of are rules (digital code selling that seems to be get policed aggressively occasionally then forgotten for a while)
