It’s an ok looking steelbook, but an awesome movie, and in 4K. For those two reasons, this is a definite buy.

Great film, but sadly another missed opportunity with so many iconic images to choose from.

Personally, I would have liked the attached poster.

I'm definitely getting this in 4K but I can't decide on whether to get the steelbook or the standard version. I'm not entirely sold on the steelbook.

Standard 4K version for me. Sorry, but that Steelbook art just doesn't work for me.

Man, I don't know. The biggest issue is the price, not the BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL THEATRICAL ARTWORK that I fell in love with working at AMC 11 years ago. If BTTF wasn't so cheap per title in the trilogy set, I wouldn't scoff at the 34.99 price tag for a brilliant catalogue title but 34.99 is a lot of money for a steelbook to an older film.

I'll still probably get it because it still is one of the greatest, if not THE greatest sci-fi film of the 21st century, and one I vividly recall walking out of the theater for opening day and proclaiming it as the best film of 2009. Let October break my wallet.

I like it. Don't love it, though. It's way better than the godawful Pop Art shit Sony has released over the years. I will buy it but I will also get the 4K slip.

Possibly a rare instance where a new release is received earlier than it's supposed to be. When I worked for Target in college, we would receive new releases 1 to 2 weeks (sometimes up to 3) prior to street date.

I liked the movie enough to double dip for the 4K version,
but I think I'll pass on the SB if it's not available cheap in Canada
(Like my 2009 Canadian Future Shop Bluray)

Nothing from Best Buy on shipping yet.

Although half of steelbooks have been coming from stores in the padded plastic shipping paks, the ones from Kentucky are still in the crappy corrugated flat paks.
