I hope so I also wonder if they'll do Postcards From the Edge, and Heartburn also Postcards from the Edge was just on the channel, and I think it hasn't even left the channel at all. Postcards from the Edge is currently on their streaming service , which either could mean they're putting it out, or it's with another label. I just noticed it the other day, and was like hmmmmmm.... I wonder why Postcards from the Edge is on the Criterion Channel.

If I'm a betting man I think Heartburn is going to be a Cinematographe title, but it could also come from Criterion too so who knows.

Have they done any 20th Century titles since Disney took over? (Other than ALL OF US STRANGERS, which was a special case, where the director pushed for it.)

So that makes me wonder what other Nichols titles are we going to get on 4K, and Blu-Ray before the year ends that haven't gotten announced yet.

Here's what's been announced so far, and released, or is being released in a couple of months.

Primary Colors 4K plus Blu-Ray
Carnal Knowledge 4K plus Blu-Ray
The Graduate 4K
Catch-22 4K plus Blu-Ray

So that leaves these titles
Heartburn
Postcards from the Edge
Closer
Regarding Henry

The Day of the Dolphin 4K
Wolf 4K
Charlie Wilson's War 4K
The Fortune 4K
Biloxi Blues 4K

Probably not happening
Working Girl 4K
Silkwood 4K
Postcards from the Edge and Closer already have US BDs, and Regarding Henry has one from Australia.

I could've sworn that it was announced that Criterion and Disney/Fox had a deal together after Shape Of Water was announced?

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
Wouldn't this be his most important film not on 4k yet?

Don't forget his two great pieces for HBO; Angels in America and Wit. Both are - for me - in the top third of his amazing body of work, and Angels would look great with a 4K scan.

It's unfortunate that HBO titles are almost completely absent on HD, there's so many holy grails from them that are begging for Blu-rays.

Just added the titles that were missing from my list including the two HBO flicks. So we have three Mike Nichols titles still not on Blu-Ray with Regarding Henry needing a US Blu-Ray as it already has one in Australia, but I think another boutique might put it out on Blu-Ray in the US at some point. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of LGBT films I do enjoy the Birdcage quite a bit it's really dang funny. There's also a few others I enjoy too besides that one.

So far, since the Disney takeover and after they put out all their previously licensed Fox catalogue titles, Criterion released Fox titles on an on-off basis whenever directors were involved and requested specific titles to be released on disc via Criterion. Although it’s rumored that Criterion have The French Connection, so far there’s no indication that a classic licensing deal exists with Disney.

This has probably been my most wanted title on 4k, let alone Blu-ray. So pleased that this is actually coming out

This is a great one! It’s odd when you finally see a title you’ve been waiting on for years pop up on the front page here. Not sure what the holdup was, but glad to see we’re past it.
