Anyone who likes Antony Starr because of Banshee needs to watch Outrageous Fortune. He is a phenomenal actor with a superb knack for comedy that it borders on eerie.

Yep his two roles in that are completely different from each other as well as completely different from Banshee.

Banshee Exclusive: Emmy Winner Zeljko Ivanek Joins Season 2 Cast as G-Man Racine
Michael Ausiello

Some cool news for the Fanshees of the world: Emmy winner Zeljko Ivanek is making tracks to Cinemax’s hit drama Banshee to play a pivotal character from the comic book, TVLine has learned exclusively.

The Damages alum will appear in three Season 2 episodes as Jim Racine, a chain smoking, renegade FBI agent who has been tracking Rabbit for 15 years. Racine, who was introduced in the prequel comic Banshee: Origins, arrives in town to investigate Rabbit’s disappearance, creating new complications for Lucas and Carrie.

“When we created Banshee: Origins we had someone like Zeljko in mind, so it’s really crazy that he’s going to bring him to life,” says exec producer Greg Yaitanes, who previously worked with Ivanek on Damages, Heroes and House. “Anyone who has read the comic book will get great insight into Racine’s mission and his obsession with Rabbit.”

Banshee ended its freshman season last week as Cinemax’s most-watched original series. Production on Season 2 begins on April 4.

Another Outrageous Fortune fan! Love that show so much. Except for the atrocious & abominable final season that I try to forget even exists.

Yeah, though I liked perving at the Russian girl in it

I just started this show and I have to say I like what Cinemax has been doing with it and Strike Back. The quality is not as good as parent HBO shows though. It definitely has the most violence and sex I've seen on any cable channel.

Ended up watching the complete first season in 5 days. We really enjoyed it. One of the best new shows in years. I like it a lot more than strike back

The actress that plays Rebecca is absolutely gorgeous.

Hope we get more of Job's and Sugar's backstories this upcoming season.

Rebecca is definitely hot.

I like how the sex scenes have some meaning behind them and aren't as gratuitious as say Strike Back. The one to start off episode 8 was poetic.

Ana and Hood were making love and it was INDEED poetic.

Feel bad for the hubby though, he's a decent man and I think she does love him on some level.

Remember, the Blu-Ray for season 1 comes out Tuesday.

it's only $22.99 at Best Buy with a DVD trade-in.

If you still haven't seen it, it's 100% worth it and that price is really good. I plan to pick it up tomorrow.

I think I might pick this up later on in the week. This will be a blind buy but I keep hearing good things about the show.

I just watched this on Blu-ray. It's the first time I have seen any episodes.

The show is filled to the brim with cliched characters who are ALL ridiculously linked together in some bizarre fashion, over the top non stop violence, gratuitous sex, 100% implausible scenarios and events, in a town controlled by a Post-Amish crime lord and an ex-convict using a stolen identity to be the Sheriff. Utterly ridiculous from top to bottom.

I really enjoyed it a lot though.

Just got done watching this show and I loved it. I can't wait for next season. The only thing they made the character Job to much like Lafayette from True Blood.
