Does this company ship to the US, and if so how is there packaging for the long trip?

I believe they do, but from what I've heard their packaging isn't the greatest...and CS might not be the best either.
Even if it's a few dollars more, I'll buy from Amazon knowing they ship in individual boxes and will replace and item damaged, no questions asked.

Very risky to order from them as the Steelbook is likely to arrive damaged (first-hand knowledge). Also, their customer service is pretty bad (so say many on these forums).

The item arrival time varies, I've had some arrive very quickly to the US (about a week). It takes them awhile to ship, though.
