Saw this in theatres on September 7th and looooved. Can't wait to own on 4K. Wish the first film got a 4K though.

I, too, am rather surprised they didn't use this as an opportunity for such an upgrade. Hard to figure how they'd have a better tie-in opportunity somewhere down the road...

Awesome. 4K UHD! Day 1! I just wish we could have gotten this with Train To Busan on 4K in a set or a standalone release.

My 4K disc review copy arrived today, so will watch it in the next couple of days. For those who care, it does have a slipcover.

Just bought the 4K from BB. It's really odd that Well Go USA didn't release Train To Busan on 4K with it.
I also still need the prequel, Seoul Station.

I haven’t seen any listing for an alternate release but the cover art at Walmart, while sporting the same image, is tinted blue. I wonder what that’s all about. Does it offer more? Less? No difference but the cover?

Alternate Cover Art and UPC at Walmart (contents and runtime appear identical to the regular release, according to the back cover); they removed the gun:

Well that's annoying, was planning to pick this up today. I prefer the black and white cover but who has time to be picky. At least the different UPC explains why all stores keep saying they're out of stock.

That's odd. So there's two different covers and slips for this release like with Anna?

Yup. But whereas this Walmart edition drops the gun on the front cover, it picks up more color, as well as the cool flares in the background. I think I’ll keep it.

I just finished it. It was enjoyable but the first was better. Odd how the main subtitle track is Full sub (even on the English parts). Thankfully there’s another English subs option, although there was a timing issue in one scene near the end of the film.

One is for people who don’t speak Korean. The other is for people who are hearing impaired.

I’m aware of why it exists, I was referring to the fact that it’s the default subtitle track, which isn’t the norm.

Ah. Fair enough. It is in my home, though, LOL.

My Best Buy says it has 1 in stock but I couldn't find it today. The Walmart I go to has an empty new release rack with only Mulan.

Target doesn't carry it.

Fantastic.

I'll probably pick this up at some point on 4k, but I'll wait for a price drop. Liked the first one and own it, although I wasn't as high on it as it seems most people were. I watched the first after all the hype, and maybe went in with higher expectations than I should have had...
