I don't think you'd get it any sooner, but you would be charged immediately. Not sure whether or not that's worth it to you. I moved my order to WBshop to take advantage of the 10% newsletter code, and it seems like I'll get my order at best at the same time as everyone else (outside the US, since the US date doesn't seem to have been kicked back to December), but more likely later, having had the privilege of paying two months early because their website didn't have the right release date associated with the steelbooks. (Hence why it is appearing available now, but is almost certainly not.)

If they removed "GOT" from the front, it wouldn't be as rough for me, even though zoomed in shots of props is.... a choice?

Just cancelled my Zavvi order and switched to WBShop, only for them to charge me twice. What an absolute mess

Do you mean two authorisations? Stupid of WBshop, but I imagine one is the usual 'validation check' and the other is the pending amount. Unhelpful and potentially screws people in the short term, but in a few days time one should disappear and one should go through. Had a couple of similar things recently (though not with WBshop), but thankfully they rectified themselves...

This is my current status, hoping you are right but they are for two different amounts. One with the discount and one without. All I wanted to do was offset my cost for V for Vendetta.

Update: Just switched from Awaiting Payment to Awaiting Dispatch, so I am pretty confident it is just a holding payment for the other one.

Oh, I meant on the card, not on their site. That definitely looks like two orders, but here's hoping it's just a mess-up on their end. Also, I too went for the premium delivery, which was charged to my card immediately a couple of months back. Probably wasn't worth the extra £3.99, since I guess they will send it tracked anyway at the cost it is, but we shall see. Hope you don't get charged twice / get two sets.

I've message support so we shall see. I will just reject one of the parcels if two arrive, but still annoying.

It's really a shame that the steelbook's outside art is so underwhelming..it had the potential to be a definitive release. I don't regret canceling in favor the the standard 4k set at all.
