HDNet Movies is showing Army of Darkness and Creepshow a couple of times each tonight, starting at 5pm Pacific time with Army.

I watched them... I haven't seen Army of Darkness since I was a kid, surprised at how good it looks in HD, same for Creepshow but I watch that movie ALOT.

I'll be honest. I subscribed to get this channel when I saw they were showing both of these, but I thought Creepshow looked kinda bad. This was on Dish Network. Either way, I'm glad I picked up both movies for $10.

I have it DVRed so I will give it a go. I hadn't really sat down and watched AoD yet. If it looks terrible, it may be time to find a new provider. Direct TV anyone?

I have directv. Some channels look better than others it seems. AoD looked great though.

I'm watching it right now. Is it me or do some shots look noisy as hell. The beginning looked like this. (not the evil dead 2 scenes) Also the scene when Ash is being fed grapes and the evil witch shows up. Noisy and also some compression artifacts show up. Could just be Dish though.

I didn't get to watch it in it's entirety, I had some distractions going on so I can't comment on the whole thing.
