Box in upper right corner of Casino Royal movie? - Blu-ray Forum

Ok popped in a new BD of Casino Royal...I have an annoying small square box that has the letter "S" and another tiny box inside it...in the upper right hand of my screen.

Looking on the movie menu, I cannot determine how to eliminate this. Never seen this before...anyone know how I can remove it?

What type player do you have? If it is a Samsung you need to go into menu options for the player and I can't exactly remember the name of it but there is a function you need to cut off for displaying extras that are in a pop up type box similar to Picture in Picture. Hope that will help.

I see you have a Pioneer. Sorry I overlooked that. But I still think it is a feature you should be able to cut off in the blu-ray player menu.

You can't remove it, it mutes the sound on the menu.

It's an indicator that there is Secondary audio on the disc. For some reason, Pioneer set it to "On" as a factory default. To turn it off, do the following.
-Power on the unit (without a disc in it)
-Press the "Home" button
-Select "Initial Setup"
-Go down to "Options"
-Highlight "Angle/Secondary Indicator" and turn it off.

Done, no more little box.
