PS3 and Logitech IR remote addon - Blu-ray Forum

So, if I purchased a PS3 slim, would I be able to power on and off the unit, and run it like a regular Blu-ray player with the adapter? I'm considering the PS3 or the Oppo, but I could save $250 with the PS3 package, so I'm just wondering. Any help would be nice.

Yes you can turn it on/off. The logitech adapter does take up an A/C outlet tho
