This thread is to show appreciation to what I believe is one of the greatest horror films ever.

I've always liked psychological horror films more than the slasher/gore fests.

I don't care for movies like Saw and House of a 1000 corpses and those types of flicks.

I prefer intelligent horror flicks. Ginger Snaps is another great one.

But this movie I absolutely love and recommend to everyone I know.

And the thing that scared me the most about this is just how realistic it is. There are TRULY people out there like this. This isn't a flick about some inbred backwoods hillbilly that's out to rape and murder you (not always in that order either).

This is something you can really see happening.

Indeed, it was very good

I need to see it again, I haven't seen it since it was in theatres

It was good and very creepy. Wasn't a huge fan of the ending though. And yes, what makes it creepy is that there are ppl out there like this that are just psychotic religious ppl.

I agree, they were both incredible movies and were true hits. they have both had large cult followings. Frailty, had quite the twisted ending and i loved it. can't wait for both of these to show up on blu!

Great movie, voted for it in my top 31 horror movies, Bill Paxton was awesome.

What a great movie, i feel the T.V. show Supernatural took alot of this movie & incorporated them of the seasons.

I really liked Frailty but I don't think I'd categorize it as horror, though. Fantasy? Thriller, maybe? Hmm....not sure. Nonetheless, good movie!

I'd categorize it as "Pyschological Horror", which is my preferred type. Never was into the gory shock type of horror flicks. Much more prefer the psychological aspect.
