Default Serious color artifact problem with my Infocus X10

Hello, as an owner of my Infocus X10, I'm happy, but recently I have been seeing color banding artifacts I thought were rainbows, I thought I became sensitive, but it turns out it was a hardware problem when I fired up my old X3 projector and it had none of the artifacts my x10 is now getting and that had a 2x speed color wheel, I had tried out many settings on the projector and different resolutions, I did try brilliantcolor and while mostly gotten rid of the color banding artifacts, the color balance was unbalanced and wasn't worth it. Opening the iris didn't help and I tried and few tricks and switched the HDMI to M1 hdmi and it didn't have the rainbow artifacts, until a little later. I wanted help to get rid of the artifacts, but I'll call infocus for help.

Sorry to hear about your projector problems! Is it still covered by warranty?

Fortunately yes, I'm going to send the projector in to infocus (by UPS) tomorrow and will package the projector, hopefully I'll get it back when UP comes out, but better late then never. When it comes to a dark scene with bright areas (lets say fog or mildly bright shadows) it becomes unwatchable, it's ok with photography, but I'm a movie viewer, plus there is flicker with HDMI, which doesn't help. I'm pretty sensitive to hardware failure or malfunction (Don't have alot of money to spend), but I have been pretty lucky though, doing better than most.

Thank you for comforting me .
