If there are any video editors on here who use Sony Vegas I could use your help.
I've been trying for 2 days to successfully render a Harry Potter title for my Blu Ray unboxing of Half Blood Prince. I have the font on my computer but I just can't get the whole zoom out effect that you see in the films to look right. If anyone here knows how I'd greatly appreciate you letting me know! |

How are you trying to do it at the moment?
I have Vegas on my PC and use it occasionally, so I am no expert and don't know the lingo too well ![]() First I added the desired graphic (mine is a house) to the time line and stretched it approx. 20 seconds. Open up Event Pan/Crop Zoom out to the maximum in the workspace. Grab and pull the bottom left screen "handle" and drag it out to the desired far distance point where the image will start from. Move the timeline slider along to the 20 second mark. Grab the "handle" again and push it back in towards your image this time, ending up at your desired closest point for the title. Close Event Pan/Crop Here's what it turns out like. Not sure if this will be much help, but good luck!! Last edited by quirkmanly; 12-08-2009 at 08:06 PM. |
