I just stumble upon this listing on Amazon. It looks like Dr. Horrible is coming to Blu-ray on May 25th. Woot!

Might not know for sure until closer to the release for the Blu-ray, but the DVD was region free.

I'm Region B too, but have it preordered as I'm optimistic .
