Didn´t see a thread for this! Just saw this in the upcoming release list.

This is a wicked, over the top eurosleaze movie by Joe D´Amato, and i find it kinda interesting.

The thing is, i don´t think i´ve ever seen a descent copy of this movie.

I wonder what Shriek Show can come up with this time in terms of PQ and AQ!

Can we trust the release date this time?

WHOA crazy movie, i didnt realize shriek show even put out blu-rays is this their first?? definitely picking it up.

is this Shriek Show's first blu release? Intriguing choice if it is...I have a vague memory of watching this...the Goblin score was trippy.

They have been threatening to put out Blu-rays for some time now.

well thats good news, they have lots of great titles in their catalog. but its mediablaster so theyll never come out as scheduled

I can't wait to see this grimy masterpiece. I've heard so many good things and with the soundtrack featuring Goblin it almost seems too good to be true that we'll get a Blu-ray release.

THANK YOU for sounding the alarm on this. No wonder this has primarily been available only through marketplace sellers and Ebay. Basically, supporting MB has become the equivalent of flushing hard-earned money directly down the toilet (money that should be going to companies like BU, Synapse, Midnight Legacy, Severin, etc who give their films RESPECT). It's completely unacceptable to treat customers and fans this way, and those that would still defend Mr. Sirabella and Co. should be ASHAMED of themselves.

To the Bay of e it will surely go.

MB need to stop releasing euro-cult movies and leave that to the professionals. It's almost as though they don't even care about the films they are releasing, just as long as they get the ca$h. My hopes for Burial Ground and Zombie Holocaust have diminished greatly...

All will see a proper release of Buio Omega. Complete, properly framed, and from the Super 16 negatives!
