PS3 - Greatest Console Ever!

I put up a video on youtube last night. My little love letter to what I think is the greatest gaming console of all time. It wasnt 5 mins later a stupid xbox fan boy started dissing it. Wanted to share it with you guys and see what you think.

Best storyline ever on Halo? Wow . . . good guys vs. some aliens. AWESOME! I never understood the huge attraction to Halo either. Nice video We need a thumb's up smiley.

halo 2 was pretty fun, can't deny that..but yeah, as far as console, the playstation takes a 9 lb dump on the xbox

I really don't understand the fanboy thing. Most of my friends have all 3 consoles and just enjoy whatever comes out on which. To buy one and say its the best because you bought it is just ridiculous.

I commend you on a brilliantly made video though. Well done!

The fanboy thing usually comes from jealousy. Someone trying to keep up with the jones and can't.

Great vid sony needs to air something like that over the upcoming holiday...levitating ps-3's are about as convincing as sega's theatre of the eye
saturn adds...but quickly flashed games to a loud rock score will grab attention.
People with no volume adjust for commercialls will grab their remotes but in the
meantime be subject to the add and perhaps even influanced with a few choice bd's sprinkled in after every 2nd or 3rd game.

While pound for pound ps-3 dominates all...PSN needs to overtake live's 5+ yr
head start. Why must we always "accept" terms for updates.online play-i'd sooner see this in xmb and we only need do it 1 time per system because it's
terriblly redundant and unnesacary...oh well other than online which needs some
work our ps-3's are the best system.

Perhaps home will also overhaul the PSN to a live beating level...that'd be
histerical.

The PS3 is an awesome system. The biggest issue is lack of content. There are some great titles on the way though.

I own a 360 and Wii too. My PS3 is by far the beast. For content, the 360 is king. But that's due to change over the coming year. It will take time for devs to fully use the PS3's ability.

And getting a Blu-Ray player with it is damn near hilarious. I got mine (60g) for $500 with 8 free Blu-Rays. I feel like I just robbed a high-end store.

Some people are stuck in the past, others aren't.

Excellent Video, really good. I think PS3 is a top multi media machine, but sheer lack of content is really letting it down (must admit i use my 360 more for games) as a BD player though i am very impressed

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. Thank you Xbox fanboys for the not so positive feedback. I was suprised at how popular my vid was. I wanted to revamp it a little bit ... now with Sony PS3 exclusive games only as many of you said I should have done in the first place, more of the kick ass music everyone liked, and some replies to all that commented on the first vid. Very cool video. I'm going to tell everyone on here something that we should all know. I already know this. There are 360 fans out there that just want the ps3 to flop and die a horrible death right away, but this is how it is with everything. You're online, you mention something about ps3 or xbox and you just get blasted in the face with someone else that thinks that they're a know it all. Not everyone is like this, but some people just can't leave sony alone. Here's the deal. We all like the ps3 for what it is and what it can do. That fact right there is something that no one can take away from us. It's your money and time being invested in the ps3. Some people just can't stand the ps3 or even sony, I think that the xbox 360 is a great system, just not my kind of system. Different options. If you have a ps3 and someone attacks you on here saying that it's no good, just ignore what they said, plain and simple.

everyone wants to justify what they buy, that's human nature but last xmas idid a lot of research on both consoles and it became very clear that the ps3 was far ahead of the 360. there's no contest 4 me... 4 what i want it 2 do... ps3 is the winner. great job on the video!!!

I totally agree with your first sentence. I believe that the wii is still beating out both the ps3, the 360, and the psp combined, but the ps3 is slowly starting to catch up.
