I picked up Warhawk on Saturday. I suck so bad at this game, but I can't stop playing it.

I'm getting better a flying, but it still seems that everyone else is 1000 times better than me at getting a lock on their targets.

The game surprised me. I really like it too, but um... trying adjusting the sensitivity on your aim stick. it helped me; some like it super sensitive and some like it slow

I suffer from the same ailment...sucking at a game but still not being able to put down the controller on such games as Rainbow Six Vegas.

I usually give up, I guess that's why I only have a PSP and a DS, cause the games are easy

I'm not terribly bad or great at it, but I hear ya. I got Vegas for Christmas (360), and I literally didn't play anything else the first part of this year until C&C Tiberian Wars came out for PC. I still load Vegas from time to time, though... too addicting.

I got Warhawk on Saturday too. It's all I want to play.

I'm so scared to get in a plane. I last all of 10 seconds lol.

On the ground, I'm doing okay. The only thing I had is when I have like 10 kills and get 10 points. But if I do nothing and save the flag (stand by it after a drop), I get 10 points. Weird.

Capture the Flag is my favorite. I try to play that only right now. The Zones seemed fun too. TDM was so-so.

I just love how I'm in a huge Flak gun and can't hit a stupid ground soldier in front of me, because I get too excited and shoot all over the place.

Suck, decent or not, this is a fun game.

I haven't had too much trouble getting into a game. I think the worst was about a 5 minute wait. Once I'm in, I stay until I'm done.

Pretty sure crack is less addictive.

I'm just your average player (maybe less, not sure) and I actually had a dream about Warhawk last night. That's when you know you're losing it.

And I've only played since Saturday.

I normaly only play until my fingers get numb...then I heat them in water, ice 'em then back to the game. I guess I kinda like it.

I also got this game Saturday. Strange. I love it, but holy lord I suck. I was also getting irritated that I wasn't getting any stats, but I logged on today and everything from last night was there. Yay!

I hope it fixes my stats. I checked them today and it said I only had 1 kill. I was like WHAAAT!!! I know for a FACT that I've got more than that. Oh well, I don't care much about them. I just want to fly.

BTW, I've been listening to Kenny Loggins "Danger Zone" all day today.

i have to jump in here. because of halo, i reluctantly abandoned the 360 after it game me red death problems. but i think i found my substitute...and i think i might like it even more

but yeah flying's gnarley. and i dont know how to effectively use all the weapons. like you said, it seems that all people have to do is pull the trigger and i'm toast. but i'll fire a few hundred rockets at them within a second and they escape 'em. what?!? and since it was a ps3 download, i don't have the instruction manual to help me out. anyone have a link to an online one? all in due time i s'spose

good times. good stuff...

You can download the same instruction manual that comes with the store bought version here. Just click on "online manual" and it gives an option to download it.

This may sound crazy, but to be really good in Warhawk, you really need to practice a lot in the game. Try to put in several hours to really understand how everything works. Don't expect to be good the first time that you play. It's takes skill and skill you get from practice. This is what I heard from insider.ign.com with the videos.
