Bad Santa: BOTH Unrated AND Director's Cut included - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone else noticed this listing for Badder Santa at Amazon?

So the disc will have both versions? Seamless branching? I prefer the Director's Cut, so I'm hoping this is true, but I can't find any information on it being the case other than a few other retailers calling the disc "The Unrated Version and Director's Cut". Anyone out there know something I missed?

I have only seen the Directors Cut and loved it...but would like to see if it is much different than the unrated cut.

I could not believe this made it to BD. I guess I am one of the few that hated this movie. It was OK the first time, after that it's garbage. Can't believe I watched it the first time.

Is Billy Bob Thornton always drunk? Seems like every movie he does he's a washed up, scraggly looking drunk.

SWEET ass! I saw the director's cut at a test screening (before they did all the reshoots) months before it came out in theaters, and thought it was funnier and darker than the unrated cut, but the unrated cut has different material, some of which was also great! This is gonna be sweet!

must have? this movie is a joke.

funny in some parts the first time around, but really just terrible overall. not worth a blu ray buy...save your money for an action/drama type flick that will actually be benefitted from the picture provided by blu

Who cares, a lot of people don't like Terry Zwigoff but his movies still have a big following behind them, not to mention it did pretty well in theaters.

This is an awesome movie. Its Billy Bob Thornton at his best, cursing, spewing hate (not to mention alcohol breath), and tons of outrageous comedy acts.

One of the first for the bd collection!!!

Oh hey! It's my old thread I started! I haven't seen it in forever. Oh wow. September 13.... I remember it like it was yesterday. I had just stumbled upon the Amazon listing for Bad Santa... Such innocent times... Well it's nice to see it pop up again.

Have you ever seen "Sling Blade" ... Billy does a great job in this movie. He was pretty cool in "The Astronaut Farmer" too... I guess I like his acting personally. To each their own though!

And, did anyone check out the extra features on DVD of "Astronaut Farmer" ? Billy Bob does a quick Karl from Sling Blade bit and it's funny!

I have had this movie on pre-order for a while. I love all Billy Bob's movies, pushing tins, School for schoundrals, Ice Harvest, etc. I've never seen the directors cut, looking forward to it. It must have been one of John Ritters last movies too.
