It's already released in France so I was wondering if any of you has any idea, if this is in BR or not ? It doesnt really say much from the description.

Weird. They aren't used to listing High Definition formats: it says "[Format Haute Définition] " then says the format is in PAL !! They don't know what they are talking about.

If the DVD release date is correct then it's definitely not Blu-ray or HD DVD. Neither format launched until 2006. My guess is its a regular DVD... mention of high def aside.

there's a typo in the Amazon date:

I was watching this while it has been in pre-order status for a while and now I decided to buy it.

mais cette confirmation d'amazon fr a dit que c'est pour HD DVD?

Yes it is, TVA FILMS in Québec will produce 4 BluRay Movies , 3 of those are French film and 1 is French Canadian (Quebec) Production. I have no dates on ETA but this title is in the work for here..

I saw it too on dvdenfrancais.com,today they announced that tva films would release la vie en rose on dvd and bd on november 13th.By the way the french canadian movie ryoohki is talking about is C.R.A.Z.Y. This a very good movie.I am french canadian and i hope that theses movies will be release on bd asap.

The disc is neither BD nor HD DVD. It is WMVHD encoded on DVD9. It has been out for a long time.

This is essentially an example of the red laser HD discs that Warner wanted to make 'the new standard'.

Obviously this never caught on. Thank god.
