Question No Country for Old Men Releases - Miramax vs. Disney

What are the differences between the Miramax release (April 26, 2011) of No Country for Old Men and the Disney release (March 11, 2008)?

I'm looking at purchasing this movie, but I'd like to be sure that I get the better version (if they're different). I'm mostly concerned with the main feature, but any dissimilarities you could point out would be appreciated.

Off the top of my head the newer release has 2 discs and much more special features. Other than that I think a different audio track, but both are lossless.

That is correct. The Disney/Buena Vista release has a Linear PCM 5.1 track while the 2 disc Miramax release has a DTS-HD MA 5.1 track.
