Yes they do. When you are on the 'select a shipping address' page you can choose the option to enter an international (outside of Japan) address.

I believe that it's not the same as the other sites. You need to create a seperate account for Amazon.jp

Amazon japan shows it coming with some sort of booklet with photos as well. Also have no clue what the inside of the HMV case will look like, at least amazon japan shows you. I figure it's more expensive, but I have time to save up for it anyway.
