United Kingdom Halloween Movie Recommendations

Just starting to think about what movies i'm going to watch around Halloween time and thought i'd open it up to the forums for suggestions.
Looking for movies that really benefit from a HD remaster.
Only one on the list so far is a movie I watch every year around this time :-)

1. Halloween (1978)
2. Cabin Fever
3. Grindhouse

Backup (If it arrives in time) - Trick R Treat

I just recently watched Halloween parts 2,4,and 5 on blu ray, they are worthy upgrades to watch if you get the chance .
Also Friday The 13th parts 1-3 look good as well.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) is a definite Halloween must. The Blu-ray is excellent all things considered.

I haven't seen the original TCM for years. Might have to pick it up for viewing.
I watched Trick R Treat last year and it was great - too soon to watch again though I think.

For me, it's going to these films in this order - Practical Magic, Trick R Treat, then Hocus Pocus - all US blu ray but all region free. Love Trick R Treat

The Evil Dead, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and, of course, Carpenter's Halloween are my essential viewing at the end of October.

The last two HMVs I've been in have had a good few new copies of the original TCSM on Blu in their Swap Shop section for £3. I checked the discs to make sure they were new, they must have received a load in from the suppliers to sell at discount, which CEX also frequently does.

"Seriously Ultimate Edition" made me chuckle some.

This year for me is The Descent and Halloween III. I'm having a family horror night with The Descent in my cinema room next weekend. Both great bluray transfers.

It's been a long time since i've seen Cabin Fever and I really love it.
Is the BR an upgrade over my DVD copy?
