It's only just come out in UK cinemas this weekend and it's out in a matter of months, renegade Disney at it again

It's out in 4 months - the norm for all major films nowadays. The only thing "renegade" about it is how early the pre-order has gone live.

Just come back from seeing it (in 2D), I didn't think it was anything too special but still pretty enjoyable.

To hell with it! Going to order the US standard edition and cancel Sainsbury one. At least I'll get a nice slip with the US version (or so it seems) and a nicer cover, for almost the same price. And be guaranteed to get all the bonus features.

I really want the 2D version with the bonus disc. Because I'm also dependent on the presence of Dutch subtitles, the Sainsbury version seems to be the version I want, but as I live in Belgium, Sainsbury doesn't deliver here. Would soms kind soul here be helpful enough to purchase a copy of the Sainsbury 2D for me and send it to my Belgian address? Of course I'll cover all the expenses in advance.

As mentioned already, Tesco have put it on the shelves early here in Ireland.

Extras: Blue Umbrella short & an Audio Commentary. Thats all.

And, they couldn't even spell commentary right - 'commentry' (!!)

Ah, so no bonus disc for main UK release. Shame.

Good thing I imported the US version, which has the bonus disc as standard, like all MU releases should. Right, Disney UK? Wink-wink, nudge-nudge?

Also, it would've meant paying £20-25 for the 3D set, which is just two discs and very much bare-bones.

Was that the 2D or 3D version? Might still be a chance the 3D has the bonus disc.

Disney UK announced Finding Nemo with 3D having the bonus disc, which never was included. Since the switch to the face-to-face covers for 3D releases, I seriously doubt there'll be a bonus disc on the 3D release. I think Brave was the exception, with Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc 3D BD, etc... being the rule. No bonus discs with Pixar releases from now on in the UK

That was the 2D. Didn't see the 3D at my Tesco's.

Will be importing the US release for sure.

The U rating on the 2D version & the PG on the 3D version may indicate the bonus disc on the 3D version maybe?

Iron Man 3's early covers also had PG certificates on the UK early covers, whereas the actual release had the correct 12 certificate displayed. It's possibly an editor's error. Not to mention the fact that the BBFC certified the bonus disc with a U certificate. http://www.bbfc.co.uk/releases/monst...pilation-video

Which further cements the case that the Sainsburys bonus disc might be the proper bonus disc, if a lack of 'College Life' featurette being certified is anything to go by.
