Local Walmart showing Spider-Man on HD-DUD display!!!!!!!!!

So the local walmart here in Carmel IN has this hd-dud display set up right outside the electronic department and when i walked up it was showing spiderman 3.... this should be false advertisement or something.

I just dont understand how they can get away with that! Some people will spend thier money buying dud stupid player and then cant get spiderman!!!!!!!!!

mine had ice age 2: the meltdown a few months back on a dud display.

hey, but what does this tell you, hd dvd is for upscaling, blu-ray is for true hd. as long as these players don't sell hd dvd discs, im fine with ppl buying them as good upscaling players that toshiba losses massive amounts of money on.

To tell you the truth, most Wal-Mart employees don't know anything about about Blu-ray or HD DVD. I, however, have Spider-man 3 playing on a PS3 at work and it's advertised as Blu-ray, not HD DVD .
