no insert in case? jurassic park.

i have read several threads where the area where the code is supposed to be is blank, but when i opened my case there was no insert at all.

what is the suggested course of action? i contacted universal via e-mail, but i do not know what else to do. has this happened to many here?

I had the same thing happen with a Person Of Interest TV Series and another random movie before. I contacted them and had to send a pic of the disc/case and a copy of my receipt, and then they manually added it to my account.

thanks. they actually got back to me this morning. crazy quick turnaround. strangely enough, even though i told them exactly what i had purchased (just jurrasic park the movie) they sent me 3 codes for each movie of the ultimate trilogy. very strange. now i am trying to figure out what format and if they are still valid before going forward with them.
