Such a dumb movie...but man do I have a soft spot for it. I'm always amused Tim Burton got 90 million and some serious stars to make such a silly movie.

I haven't seen this in forever, but I'd get it on Blu. It's got Jack Nicholson . . . what else do you want?

haha ^. Yeah I know it's not the greatest movie in the world, but it would be a fun buy. It's warner home video, is that a blu company?

Warner is blu, and It would be great to see those little aliens frying eneryone in hi def. The special effects were pretty good, and it might transfer well, but we all know about Warner transfers.

Personally, I can't imagine any scenario under which "Mars Attacks" and "fun" would be used in the same sentence... >_<

But, if Warner's determined to flog "their" Tim Burton name for every single Blu-disk it's worth regardless, maybe it'll help them work their way back to "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" more quickly.

I would buy it. Only on a BOGO though. Or it would have to be under $15.00 individually. I dont even have this on Standard DVD but I think it would look cool to have the weird green death ray in Blu

Mars Attacks would be awesome in Blu! Maybe more people would get the "female" alien's hairdo joke.

I've seen this movie enough though. I'd rent to see how well it came out but buy. I'm being hyper conservative with my BD buying. I've got near 400 DVDs and feel overwhelmed. I don't want the same thing to happen with BD. I'm going to be a renter and not a buyer.

I would rent it and buy it if there was a good price on it or some sort of deal.
