I think it's too early to say for sure; it doesn't ship for another two months. I imagine the database is just being safe in assuming it will have at least German subs.

I would be weary with regards to the audio on this release. I don't think the audio specs are available yet.

No word on if the video transfer is the original or the re-released (no DNR, not windowboxed).

I wouldn't jump on this release yet, unless you are buying it solely for the Steel.

Thank you, but what's needed is sample rate, bit-depth, track version.

Not having English subs is a big downer for none German speakers/readers.

Of course there is no need to have English subs, being a German release, but that instantly prevents none Japanese or German speakers from purchase this release.

Regarding the video, there are two different transfers of this film on Blu-ray. No word on which one this German release will be.
