Seems to me to just be an alternate art amaray with slipcover and artcards...dunno where the steelbook thing came from!

The tweet they put along with that picture, still not sure there hasn't been a cock up though, even the site you go to from that link says it's a steelbook as well though

Yeah could be an error on whoever does the tweets. That picture doesn't say anything about it being a steelbook...and the other two have steelbook placeholders, but Birdman doesn't.
