I was a little surprised when Zone Troopers didn't get announced by Scream Factory last October. Looks like Kino beat them to the punch.

Wow. Kino aint fooling around at all. I am impressed indeed. Scream Factory better step up with something amazing soon or Kino will be taking the crown.

I haven't seen this one, but it looks to be extremely bad.

Another possible title passed on by Scream for whatever reason. They really could have had a lot of the titles Kino now has in my opinion.

It is an epically bad trailer, at least many of the comments on it seem to indicate it's not a good representation of the movie. I'm sure I'll add this title, bad or not, looks like a good companion piece for Space Raiders.

Now if only Ice Pirates and Space Truckers would get a release...

the problem with the trailer is they try to sell it as a cheap alien knock off ( even using same style music of the original alien trailer ) while zone troopers is a very funny movie written by the same guys who did the rocketeer :

I can't decide if they passed on things or if they were beat to them. I wonder what the case is. If it's the former, SF is def. questionable.

I actually saw this in the theater. Empire Pictures, under Charles Band, actually put out a few, cool double features in theaters right in the middle of the 80's. I believe it was Ghoulies paired with The Dungeonmaster, and later, Zone Troopers with TerrorVision. Awesome to see as a kid, with Ghoulies being the only real disappointment.

Zone Troopers was pretty cool, but I haven't seen it in a long time. I think The Dungeonmaster and TerrorVision were a little more fun, though.

I picked this up recently

Really a fun and enjoyable flick. Like others have said the trailers are really misleading. Looks great on bluray, Kino did an awesome job. Love Tim Thomerson, awesome actor. Timothy Van Patten ( the head goon from Class of 1984) plays a good role in this too.
