Default Warner Cases Standard?

So I noticed Diseny, and Sony releases coming in the Warner type case now. I picked up Superbad, and POTC AWE, and they were in the case with the blu logo in white rather then inprinted in the chrome color. My question is... Is this the new standard for the cases? or will they still release in both kinds?

Those types of cases are cheap. They keep cracking and breaking.
