FAB PRESS INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN TO FUND ULTIMATE TRIBUTE TO LUCIO FULCI

The FAB Press Indiegogo Campaign to raise the funds needed to re-issue the acclaimed book BEYOND TERROR: THE FILMS OF LUCIO FULCI runs until June 28th.

Written by celebrated writer, researcher & film critic Stephen Thrower, the book runs to 440 large format pages and contains more than 1,100 illustrations.

Our goal is to re-issue Beyond Terror in a massively revised and expanded edition along with an exclusive DVD of all known Lucio Fulci trailers, gathered together for the first time ever, all presented in a heavy duty case reminiscent of the Book of Eibon from Fulci’s classic supernatural horror film The Beyond. This special edition of Beyond Terror will never be re-issued and will be vastly superior to the highstreet trade edition of the book that will follow.

We now have 600 Backers for the Beyond Terror Indiegogo Campaign! As promised we have been working on more stretch goals. Having announced the addition of an illustrated booklet with the trailer DVD after surpassing the £55,000 milestone, here is what everyone gains if we can find more people who want to own the ultimate edition of the ultimate Lucio Fulci tribute package:

Just 30 to 35 more people will bring us to a total of £62,500 raised. If we hit this target everyone will receive a set of postcards featuring the four iconic 1980s British quad poster designs - The Beyond, City of the Living Dead, The House By the Cemetery and Zombie Flesh-Eaters.

And we still have 3 weeks to go, so really stretching here, we have two more targets we would love to meet:

£70,000 - Everyone’s package will include a stamped hard enamel badge with the Eibon symbol in black against a polished copper metal finish.

£80,000 - We go into a recording studio, where Stephen Thrower will record a commentary track for the trailer DVD.

Looks wonderful! I just stumbled upon the pre-order of the re-release at Amazon.co.uk. I had to order it! Slightly jealous at the deluxe edition, but I got the hardback edition for around 40 including shipping so I cant complain..

I got the first edition when it came out, but it somehow got water damage ... hmmm, maybe I should buy the new edition. oh what the hell
