Warner Bro.'s never use iTunes for Digital HD with their discs, right? Noticed the upcoming 4K release has a digital copy, but prob not iTunes redeemable.

I have purchased Blade Runner 'The Final Cut) On the US iTunes Store.

It moved to 4K last week ...but with only a spanish soundtrack, and no english :-(

...but it is back today, with an english soundtrack ...and in 4K Dolby Vision!!!

Just in time for the release of Blade Runner 2049.

Yes I've seen it and loved it.

The tree in the opening credits is very green to me, and the reds are there.
My Apple TV is connected to an HDR10 (non DV) TV.
I talked about watching it in DV because that is what iTunes show, and I have no idea whether the DV version is processed to be output to an HDR10 TV or if it is a different media file altogether.

I do not have the UHD Blu-Ray but I compared iTunes' 4K DV version (with the Apple Tv's output set to HDR), with a rip from the Final Cut's Blu-Ray (I have given away all my Blu-Rays), with the ATV's output being set to SDR.
The iTunes version's colors do not seem off at all, only much deeper.

Regarding the Los Angeles view in your linked post, the sky in your UHD Bluray's photo has a very red tint which I do not have in iTunes' DV version or the Final Cut's Blu Ray rip. Both are much closer to your ATV pic.
