Default Halloween 6: Producer’s Cut (Rare 35MM Screening One Night Only)

Quote:
Halloween fans in New York can see the Producer’s Cut of Halloween 6 on the big screen later this month, as Retro Picture Show is hosting an incredibly rare 35mm screening of the alternate cut at the Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, New York on Friday night, September 29!

To promote the screening, an event poster, t-shirts and even temporary “Cult of Thorn” tattoos have been whipped up, and can be purchased even by those unable to attend the event.

All the swag can be purchased through the Retro Picture Show Website, while event tickets can be grabbed through Cinema Arts Centre..

I won't be suprised if Edgar Wright is going to be there.

Oooooh, I like that poster.

P.S. This film is highly underrated and potentially my second favourite Halloween sequel.

Mine, too. The story is ridiculous, but it's honestly got the best atmosphere since the original.

The Producer's Cut improves greatly on the theatrical cut. Should have been released in the first place. Glad it got a Blu-ray release. Watched it for the first time last Fall.

I detest Halloween 6 in either form. But I'm glad the Producer's Cut is officially available now, and if this showing was near me, I'd probably go for the lolz.

It seems like a waste of money and time to go see a film you detest, but hey, it's your life.

A one-night showing of a rarely-screened version, presumably with a lot of hardcore Myers fans in attendance, could be fun. You've never been to see a bad or mediocre movie that was elevated by an 'event' atmosphere / enthusiastic crowd? It happens.

I was there for Snakes on a Plane opening night. Definitely was a wild ride, and when the one-liner came out everyone roared.
