Australia 4K picture issues on Xbox one S

Hi guys first time poster please be easy I am fairly technical savvy but I’m stumped the picture is feeezing with these weird colours mainly green square like interference I’d say and the sound is still playing but often makes loud high pitched popping noises and the screen goes blank with the sound Still playing would this be a HDMI issue I have a feeling it is but not sure would be great to see if any of you guys know Thanks if you need more info just let me know and i’ll tell you

Did you try another disk to verify problem is not a bad disk?

Default Tech issues

First I would make sure that the machine is up to date with the latest firmware. Sometimes also the machine could be defective. I would look online at the Xbox one s forum and see if this is a recurring issue.
