Synposis: When failed filmmaker Doug Stevenson leaves his video camera in the local park overnight he accidentally records something horrific. To top it off it might have something to do with his new neighbors that moved into his quiet suburban neighborhood. With the help of his bumbling teacher buddies Doug goes on a wild ride to save himself, his friends, his ex-wife, and the entire neighborhood! Featuring a killer throwback soundtrack and splattery practical FX find out who will stay alive on Slaughter Drive!

If you're a fan of the Barn you might dig this flick! Not as heavy on the nostalgia but has a killer soundtrack and great gore effects from Cody Ruch who teaches at the Tom Savini school here in Pittsburgh.

Film looks interesting but why a bd-r?

There's been some great/fun horror type films released since 2006 that never have really had a bluray release which makes no sense imo. They get a DVD and or a vhs, but no bluray.

These are limited edition copies from a smaller distributor. Hence the bd-r.
