It has been confirmed.
Unfortunately AtGames is in charge so the chances the product is good are slim to none...

Edit: apparently it's a repackaged version of the Genesis Flashback, so it's basically sh*te...

That’s incredibly disappointing, might finally go the pi route for Mega Drive and Mega CD later this year, I’m sick of waiting for a decent Mega Drive plug and play - I have both consoles but the picture quality isn’t great on my HDTV and the mega CD never gets any love as people only ever think of the FMV games like Night Trap rather than superior versions of games like Earthworm Jim and The Terminator

Hopeing the N64 mini comes out this year (and hopefully gets hacked quick so I can play the Turok games and Worms Armageddon as my N64 looks even worse on my TV than the mega drive does)
