Casino Royale too tight case hub problem - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys, I picked up Casino Royale only to find a problem. The case holds the Blu-ray too well! I can barely get this thing out of the case without it majorly bending! I feel as though I am going to snap the disk taking it out of the case. Now I have had tight gripping cases before, but nothing like this. Should I exchange this at Best Buy? It can't be good for the disk. Sorry if this sounds picky, but would Best Buy even let me exchange it? Is anyone else's case like this?

Mine comes out of the case very easy. If you are worried about it return it and tell them it did not work and you just want a new one.

Did you try pressing in the middle of the disc, you know, the button?

you have to press it correctly in the middle a certain way, if theres still a problem then return it for another one.

LOL, I had to say it, I'm j/k.

I've had a couple that are REALLY hard to get out the first time, but after that they're ok. Is this something you only noticed the first time, or is it every time? Check the hole in the disc . . . sometimes you can get some rough edges in there where it didn't come of the press exactly like it should have. A lot of times you can take a pencil and run it around there and smooth it out. Or you could probably just return it.

Ive had this problem with my Die Hard Steel tin from BB. I would return it for a new one if it bugs you that much.
