Default Why no pop-up menu during special features

that has to be the only thing that bothers me about blu-rays right now, i love it during the movie (you really don't no how good it is until you watch a dvd) but why not during the speical features!

it depends on the disc. I have one blu-ray (I cant remember the title) that can do the pop-up menu during the special features. I want to says its Dracula but can't remember.

So I guess it depends on the programmer, but it should be mandatory.

I think Spider-Man 3 had pop-ups on just about everthing.

Cars also.

I posted a question about this under the review of "Sunshine", so I guess that wasn't the only disc with this irritating problem.
