Vudu Outside USA - Blu-ray Forum

Curious if anyone has ever used Vudu (non-USA) and what happened when account got shut down?

I'd been happily using / redeeming / buying films for years and all of a sudden, nothing

If I try to log in it gives a generic password error now
Resetting password does nothing

As near as I can see, the Vudu service has become unlinked from Movies Anywhere and Ultraviolet

But titles are all still showing in both Google and Flixster

Should I assume that Vudu account is dead and try to create a new one now?
Or email customer service and see what they say?
(I only had 1 TV series and 1 movie that were not UV compatible, sad to lose em but not huge loss)

Sounds like your VPN just isn't working. Clear cache and everything then try again.

I had the same problem, You just need US VPN in order to login vudu successfully.
