Blu-ray Ninja
|
![]() Rich Man Poor Man was a mega-hit epic mini-series shot like a feature on 35mm film that started a number of careers. A & E's DVD went out of print 20 years ago. Used copies sell for over a $200 on the rare occasions when one turns up. The mini-series needs a 2K scan and a blu-ray. What's holding it up? |

Released in high definition in France. In France of all places. But not in the USA or UK.
Why is this??? What is the problem? Is it for political reasons? Is it not PC enough, perhaps too old fashioned and traditional in values, too stereotype? No, that couldn't possibly be so. Or could it? One of the best drama series ever. And still not released. It doesn't make sense. |
