Can you figure out the code redeemed on iTunes?

Just curious if there's a way to 'look up' the code used for a digital redemption on iTunes? I have a TV season that I redeemed from the sheet in the Blu-ray set, and I've lost the sheet. I want to get the code to redeem it in Vudu also (it's a double code, I know it will work).

The only way I'd be able to find the code is to somehow look up what I entered on iTunes... But I can't seem to find any way to do that. Maybe it's just not possible, but I thought I'd ask!
