Cool Idea, but I need to know in advance what I'm giving money to lol.
I'd probably bet money I own each movie on digital as well. Anyone can tell what the movies are just based on the run times? lol Cinemark has been killing the game around me though with their classic movies. |

I can't see it being $5 & a week before release. That'd be hilarious though
I might go and try to scope it out when I go to a theater for Bond Google tells me Lamb and Annabelle comes home are also rated R and 106 minutes |

For those that go, it would be interesting to hear how well-attended they are. See if it's popular enough that they may do it again next year, or have a Christmas series later this year.
I might go to [Show spoiler] . I thought for sure the [Show spoiler] version would be included. They're mostly all recent studio movies that I saw in theater when they came out, and I own most of them. I was hoping for more classic stuff, like [Show spoiler] .

My theaters have been virtually empty for these screenings.
I can't see spending the time or money without knowing if it's a movie I actually want to see. But I've checked the seat maps right before showtime and there have only been a couple seats taken. I do wish I had seen Train to Busan on the big screen though. But I am sure if I ever take the chance it will end up being something I have no interest in. |
