Cool Idea, but I need to know in advance what I'm giving money to lol.

I'd probably bet money I own each movie on digital as well.

Anyone can tell what the movies are just based on the run times? lol

Cinemark has been killing the game around me though with their classic movies.

The last October ones I'm betting are IT Chapters 1 and 2.

Yep, I'm sure that's what it is.

It's speculated the October 8th screening is for Halloween Kills.

I can't see it being $5 & a week before release. That'd be hilarious though

I might go and try to scope it out when I go to a theater for Bond

Google tells me Lamb and Annabelle comes home are also rated R and 106 minutes

How is it possible the whole list of movies hasn't leaked already on the Internet?

There's a chance that the theaters don't know what they are

Actually, this Friday will probably be Halloween (2018). It lines up as 1 hr 46 mins, and it makes sense they would show that leading up to the sequel.

A couple decent ones in there, but nothing classic unfortunately. Tempted to see
[Show spoiler]Train to Busan
tonight. I was right about this Friday at least

I own all of those except for the one glaringly bad film on Oct 20.

But I win for my guess on late Oct. lol

Yeah I was pretty disappointed by that one too. Great atmosphere too, but it was just wasted.

For those that go, it would be interesting to hear how well-attended they are. See if it's popular enough that they may do it again next year, or have a Christmas series later this year.

I might go to
[Show spoiler]Halloween 2018
. I thought for sure the
[Show spoiler]1978
version would be included. They're mostly all recent studio movies that I saw in theater when they came out, and I own most of them. I was hoping for more classic stuff, like
[Show spoiler]Return of the Living Dead and Re-Animator
.

You can see seat reservations online through Fandango, Atom, AMC, and others. At least here in NYC tickets are selling really well for these events. Train to Busan was I'd say at least 85% sold out.

Here's what it currently looks like for Friday's screening in 2 theaters here. It'll fill up more for sure too.

My theaters have been virtually empty for these screenings.

I can't see spending the time or money without knowing if it's a movie I actually want to see. But I've checked the seat maps right before showtime and there have only been a couple seats taken.

I do wish I had seen Train to Busan on the big screen though. But I am sure if I ever take the chance it will end up being something I have no interest in.
