It's loaded with sodium and it is a mess to eat, but I love it.
I think it is interesting that here in Germany the McRib has always been on the menu.
I wonder why they make it such a rare item in the US? We sometimes get the McRib with bacon:

This tastes meh now. I remember back in the day I would try to grab one whenever I could. They stopped making 'em. When it came back I was happy, then I ate one and it wasn't the same. I couldn't care less now.

I did manage to finally get a McRib.

It's a sloppy mess but still delicious! I feel like the meat patty has gotten thinner though.
