has anyone gotten it yet? its not available at walmart.com til the 26th or something and they dont have it in there stores. i went to best buy and they said its available on Blu-ray but not on HD DVD til the 26th. so is this movie out on blu ray yet? cant find it anywhere

Yeah, got mine at Best Buy on the day it was released (Tues - Feb. 5th). Both Best Buy and Circuit City had it in my area.

I bought it at Best Buy (Miami), and they had over 10 copies when I purchased mine on Tuesday. It is available and in stock at Amazon.

HDDigest really slamed this bd. It was done on a bd 25 for a long movie it would have to have very low bit rates. It would be the same as the dud whenever that arrives. Makes one wonder if the dud was encoded first and they just gave us the crappy port again.

I got it at Best Buy in my area on Tuesday. It was marked 29.99 but rang up for 24.99. I had a $10 rewards cert so I put it towards it.
They only had about 5 copies there and I got it on my lunch break.

Yes, I suspect the BD was encoded from the DUD? Bought mine from Amazon, the movie itself is a mixed bag, plays like a docu-drama. Will I watch it again? probably not. The PQ and SQ were fine, but certainly no demo.
