I don't believe I've seen Empire of the Ants. So I may end up buying that one along with Kingdom of the Spiders, which I have seen a couple of times. I'm not interested in the others.

But if I do buy those two, and they're followed afterward by an announcement that they will also be released in 4K, I won't be amused at all.

About 10 years ago I saw a screening of Kingdom of the Spiders with Shatner in attendance. He did an intro and Q&A afterwards and showed quite a lot of good-natured self deprecation. The movie is awful, but that experience did give me a personal connection and great appreciation for it. Needless to say, I'll be buying this.

Is the Kino same as the code red blu-ray ?

The Shatner interview that was on the dvd from shout factory is not on any of these blu-rays ?
