How can i tell the diff between HDMI 1.1,1.2, 1.3?

Is there no difference but just what your tv outputs?

Thanks so i can get the cheapo 7.99 ones and they work for life. Just the tv has to do with.

HDMI 1.3 cables support higher bandwith.
