Blu-ray Combo Discs

Though I've always been a supporter of Blu-ray since it's release, the one area I found that HD DVD excelled at was the invention of their "combo discs."

Though high priced, they allowed the consumer to play their purchased media on more than one format. Since many people have DVD players in their vehicles, cabins, laptops and so forth, I thought that HD DVD really helped their consumers.

Now that Blu-ray has won the format war, would you be interested in BDA having develop either a Combo Blu-ray or perhaps include a copy of the DVD, much like DVD's allowing a digital transfer on many new releases?
