Default Smurfs animated series

With the new movie coming out this might be a good time to release the complete 1980’s series and maybe the original animated film on Blu-ray if they have the rights to it.

Considering they had three chances to do this because of the last three Smurfs movies....I doubt it. It would be nice to get this series on blu ray but most 80's cartoons don't have film elements so that could also be an issue.

I still remember waking up like a minute every time before it aired on tv before I used an alarm clock. It's wild how that always happened. Remember also waking up right as Camp Candy would air on Saturday mornings. Family friendly cartoons were fun during those years.

Warner has all ownership to the original Smurfs series in the US/Canada.

And for what it's worth, the first 4 seasons were restored to HD for a while now...
