Amazon UK vs Zavvi for shipping to US?

Who do you prefer to use if you’re in the US: Amazon UK or Zavvi US?

I’m thinking in terms of shipping speed, how well-packed movies are, and customer service if something is damaged.

I think I've only used each of them once, and all my items arrived in excellent condition. I got a two-season Blu-Ray set of the Netflix Daredevil show from Zavvi (still upset they never released Season 3), and grabbed Part One of the MCU's Phase 3 in 4K (Amazon's US site was sold out).
