Unless they go back and improve the mono track on the first film, I see no reason to double dip on these, even if the artwork is pretty neat.

You also loose the third disc on the original film for some reason.

That Halloween II art is a little weird lol...looks like Ben Tramer survives or like Michael Myers is walking away from an explosion without looking like he's an action hero or something..

The spines are kind of odd. It looks like they make/form a picture when lined up, but at the same time; they don't, lol.

And the second one looks like it has a border on the front that the first one doesn't. They don't look bad though overall..

If you look at the other pics on amazon, they have one showing the front and back artwork laid out. It looks like they went with a "POV through a window" style. They both have window frames, but H2 is more obvious.

Not a fan of the artwork on these steelbooks but my OCD is triggered by half of Michael's face being shown on the spine for Halloween, whereas Halloween II features more of a full face Michael.

The only issue is that Michael Myers is not in Halloween III! So what would they put on the spine if they release a SteelBook for part III!

Strange that H2 has the TV cut but not H1.

Michael Myers as Spider-Man in that first one. Where is H3?!

Unnecessary, pass.

I wonder if theyll continue to do this for the rest of the films...

I already love the lionsgate 4k steelbook of Halloween 1978. Really want one for Halloween ii. But will look kinda weird without getting the one for the first film too. Espwcially if they continue making these for the other films.Blah

Preordered both for now

These are absolutely terrible, but these studios know that there's an almost unlimited number of gullible, weak-minded sheep who will buy every release of certain movies.

I ALMOST feel bad for people who have to sift through 30 versions of Halloween to get to another movie on their shelves.

Not everyone buys every version of Halloween that comes out. I haven't bought any of the standard 4ks of these movies and think the steelbooks look pretty good. I hope they continue and make these for the rest of the series.
